Screw Conveyor

The screw conveyor is the continuous conveying machinery without flexible driving component.
Working principle: the conveyor (the shaft with helical blades) rotates in the closed silo to prevent the mass from rotating together with the screw. The mass made the horizontal movement by its own weight and friction force between the mass and the silo.

Different types of the conveyors are wildly used in the fishmeal processing industry, such as charging equipment, rational equipment, mixing equipment, drying equipment and discharging equipment.

　Raw Fish Cutter

The rotary-knife structure of cutter consists of main frame, power setting, rotor, moving knife and stationary knife.

Entering into the equipment, the raw material is cut by moving and stationary knife then discharged form the bottom.

You can adjust the distance between moving knife and stationary knife to change the size of the fish. The small fish or shiver can directly put into the screw conveyor through the funnel.
